Shipping - Domestic

Postage prices are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order and location. Unfortunately, I cannot post to PO Boxes, so please ensure you supply a street address.

If you live in Brisbane, Australia, pick up is also available at no extra cost. Details can be arranged via email after purchase has been approved.  Don't forget to apply the "BRISBANE PICKUP" code on freight at checkout. 

Shipping - international

We currently ship to New Zealand only.

We have a hold on all other international shipping until further notice, however if you wish to discuss shipping costs please email us at shutupandrelaxceramics@gmail.com

All taxes and surcharges within country of destination are the recipients responsibility.

Shipping - in the event of breakages

In the event of breakages, please supply 1 photo showing

  • The packaging,

  • The parcel label (clearly showing the reference number), and 

  • The damaged item

Without this I am unable to issue a refund

 

Workshop Policies

Whilst all care is taking with firing and glazing your ceramic workshop pieces, ceramic art is not an exact science and sometimes faults do occur. We do everything within our power to make sure you have pieces to show for your efforts, however occasionally this cannot be. If this does occur we cannot issue a refund or re fire as this can cause breakage of a piece.

Are children allowed to attend the workshops?

Children over the age of 12 are welcome to attend Workshops if they are accompanied by an adult.

Refunds on workshops available with 14 days notice required.
